Their self-closing design retains cold air, while the stay-open feature keeps them open past 120 degrees.
Operators can set the temperature in the True STG2RRI89-2S two-section roll-in refrigerator between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and these temperatures can be monitored in Fahrenheit or Celsius on the external display.
