The Giles BBT-O breading and batter table is designed to reduce breading and batter waste. Ensuring all food product is breaded evenly, the manual sifting process removes wet or clumpy dough balls from the breading mix. Because the sifter removes dough balls and moisture from the breading, the user can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight and reuse it the next day. To catch the reclaimed breading mix after sifting, the included side rail holds a tote pan or other container. This breading and batter table is useful for quickly prepping large quantities of fried chicken, mozzarella sticks, corn dogs, and other fried foods. When prepping large batches of battered or breaded food product, this breading table helps the user maintain a uniform crunch and consistency across the entire batch.
